The Convention shall be held for the purpose of:

Election of Fifth CD Officers (Chair, Deputy Chair, Treasurer, Secretary)
Election of three At-Large Full Committee Members
Election of a delegate and alternate to the Republican Party of Minnesota State Central Committee
Other business as may properly come before this convention
